Getting the right frame size is crucial. Here's how to measure the three key numbers:

Height

Stand against a wall wearing your regular riding shoes. Keep your head level and measure from the floor to the top of your head.

Inseam

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart wearing your riding shoes. Place a book or flat object snug against your crotch, measuring from the floor to the top of the book.

Shoulder Width

Stand naturally and measure the straight-line distance between the outer edges of your shoulder joints.
